MANAGING FOR WILDLIFE
ON THE FARM
Calling all farmers and agricultural workers!
Did you know the Okanagan is one of the most biologically diverse
regions of Canada? It is also one of the most endangered as
humans and wildlife compete for limited land.
As a farmer there is a lot you can do to help the Okanagan’s
species-‐at-‐risk. Come on out to a working ranch and learn about
species identification, observe real projects that protect species-‐at-‐
risk and learn how to fund them.
