ICMS is a private agriculture research company that operates in the Okanagan. It is currently looking to rent 2 acres of grapes for its research trials this season within the Oliver to Naramata corridor. Vineyards with a history of powdery mildew, botrytis and leaf hopper are considered a benefit. ICMS would conduct the spraying (labour and products), and willing to do culture practices if rent is priced appropriately.
We are commited to paying competitive prices on a per acre agreement. Payments would be setup on a monthly equal payment plan, beginning at contract signing. ICMS is interested in the possibility of a multi year lease and open to negotiating the agreement to do the maintenance of the site as well. This arrangement would be ideal for small lot owners looking for reduced workload and obtain stable income. Vineyards without steep grades are preferred.
